All orders will be shipped within three business days of purchase, and we provide tracking numbers so customers can stay apprised of the progress of their order.
When it comes to returns, we understand that sometimes an item just wasn't what a customer was expecting. We offer a 14-day returns policy, giving customers the chance to return an item for a refund or exchange. To return an item, customers must contact us within 14 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. They must also ship the item back to us within this timeframe.
